Yalla Mediterranean was beginning to phase out its sister concept Daphne’s and needed digital support.
Parallel Path migrated the legacy brand on to Yalla’s new website. We supported the brand transition by promoting locations at the local level through SEO. We also built out a location-based strategy to broaden the reach of each location within a particular radius, which increased awareness and traffic.

Backpacker’s Pantry produces gourmet food for backpacking and outdoor adventures. They sell online and at leading outdoor retailers such as REI, Cabela’s, Jax, Moosejaw, Bass Pro Shop, and many more.
Backpacker’s Pantry is reliant on driving foot traffic to their retail partners and online sales through their website. When they came to Parallel Path, their site was converting at .5%.
Parallel Path grew the company’s digital footprint across the web. Through our Data Collection Infrastructure, we identified who was using the site and how they were using it. With those insights, we improved the UX of the site and introduced operational processes and brand governance standards aimed at efficiency and ROI. By developing a comprehensive digital presence we were able to grow sales both online and in-store, through cross-channel advertising from paid search to remarketing, display, and more.

The Financial Planning Association is the world’s biggest association for financial planners.
FPA has a small digital footprint. The brand and its assets were disjointed and inconsistent. Their technology platforms were not optimized or supporting their marketing efforts. They were also trying to reach a younger audience, and looking for solutions to unify disparate chapters.
With Parallel Path at the helm, FPA underwent a total digital transformation, which integrated their marketing and membership strategies. We also built a membership portal and developed a new communication strategy to increase leads and member retention. We unified chapters by introducing a franchise business model concept.
After the first year of engaging with Parallel Path they saw the first growth in membership in over 5 years. Since then, membership rose 33% year over year. Traffic increased 141% year over year and leads jumped a staggering 1081% year over year.

Based in Japan, NTT came to Parallel Path with the challenging of optimizing and managing 32 geo-specific website properties with the goal of increasing organic traffic. Each site represented different divisions with unique interests and marketing agencies.
Parallel Path developed and executed an International SEO strategy that could be adopted and managed at the local level. This included the overall architecture as well as country-specific keywords. Made in Nature is an organic, healthy food and snack company distributed nationally in natural and conventional channels.
Made in Nature was looking to evolve their brand from a dried fruit company to a healthy snacks company. They were looking for a digital marketing strategy to change current brand perceptions, boost brand awareness, and drive velocity at retail.
Parallel Path developed a dual-prong strategic approach to help Made in Nature connect with retail buyers and their end consumers. Mentor Graphics was well-known from a brand perspective but was nowhere to be found digitally. When people searched for printed circuit board software, their competition showed up. They were not engaging with customers effectively during their journey to (and through) purchase.
