Our Story

We've been crafting and deploying highly-effective marketing solutions for our clients since 2006. Our passion and reason for being is - and always has been - to help our clients achieve unprecedented growth and impact through the power of digital marketing. But, like the great mountaineer, Ed Viesturs wrote, "The summit is just a halfway point." We're also committed to forging strong and lasting relationships - between the agency and our clients, our clients and their customers, and within our company.

We use a topographical map to represent how we approach each engagement: human-centric, and data-driven.

To read a map isn't enough to know how to navigate your way to the summit. Data draws the map; the contoured parallel lines of the topographical map represent the data of the journey before us as we take on each new engagement. Then, experience and intuition chart the course as we work together as a team towards the summit - then each summit beyond.

John Kadlic


John joined Parallel Path as CEO in 2018 after spending more than two decades as an executive in the digital marketing industry working at agencies and consultancies ranging from IBM iX to Resource/Ammirati, one of the largest independent digital firms in the U.S. During his career, he has brought together strategic, creative, user experience, technical and analytical talent to imagine and deliver exceptional digital experiences for clients across multiple industries. John is a frequent speaker at industry events and is passionate about building strong brands by helping them take a strategic digital approach to achieve their marketing and business objectives. He is a graduate of Miami University with an MBA from Case Western University and serves on the board for several non-profit organizations. An avid outdoorsman, John enjoys exploring what Colorado has to offer with his wife and two kids.


Hardy Kalisher

Chief Client Officer

As Parallel Path's Chief Client Officer, Hardy develops new client partnerships, leads our team of strategic consultants and provides marketing leadership to clients and the agency. Hardy has developed and executed marketing strategies for global brands, Fortune 500 companies, SMB and start-ups. His experiences in health, wellness, and lifestyle brands have been invaluable in supporting client partner growth at Parallel Path since 2012. Hardy began developing his craft as an entrepreneur and marketing innovator in the early 1990s, launching his first businesses before he graduated from college. Combining his enthusiasm for journalism, music, and lifestyle brands, Hardy leveraged early digital marketing technologies as an entrepreneur in the music business in the mid-1990s. Hardy has been the Head Coach of Boulder High School Boy's Soccer since 2006. With 3 trips to the Colorado State Championship Game, winning 2 of them, Hardy’s team is consistently ranked as one of the high school programs in the country. Hardy and his wife, Kendra raise 3 boys in Boulder, Colorado. Somewhere in between all his passions, he finds time to ski, hike, mountain bike and plays fetch with his two golden doodles.


Dawn Peters


D awn is the Controller at Parallel Path where she spends her time following all of the fun and exciting accounting/finance rules and regulations needed behind the scenes for any business to run smoothly. She is a Certified Management Accountant and has more than 19 years of experience crunching numbers and managing company finances. She is committed to lifelong learning and continued professional development in her field of expertise and is always looking for ways to expand her horizons. When she is not busy talking about assets and liabilities, she enjoys hanging out with her family and friends, listening to good music, and exploring red wine blends.
