Senior Project Manager

With almost 20 years of history, we are a nimble and growing agency with offices in Boulder, CO, and Columbus, OH. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team.

The Senior Project Manager will passionately orchestrate results-driven teams to do great work by leading, motivating and driving collaborative efforts with a solutions first approach. They will  work closely with our client strategists, client partners, integrated strategists, creative, performance media, analysts and search teams to deliver best in class service. Responsibilities include guiding and supporting the staff to achieve client’s marketing initiatives including landing page design and development, digital/traditional design, SEO, paid media/SEM, content marketing, remarketing, display, social and analytics work.

Primary Responsibilities

  • In partnership with the client strategist, communicate with the client on project deliverables, including weekly client meetings, internal meetings, and project status  updates
  • Responsible for resource allocation and forecasting (in hours) for your book of business
  • Maintain project timelines, goals, and hours budgeted for project deliverables and key milestones
  • Maintains a clear and reasonable vision of the next steps and the big picture during  project meetings and/or whenever project parameters change 
  • Manage projects by effectively setting, observing and re-evaluating project priorities as needed
  • Knows and holds accountable the internal team to client contracts and change requests
  • Manages multiple projects and clients simultaneously 
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including communication of client needs to internal teams and vice versa as well as tactical plans as it relates to execution of project related service delivery. 
  • Proactively manages details throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are executed in a timely manner
  • Industry Knowledge:  Build on your understanding of the industry through continuous research on health and wellness trends; Have a solid understanding of the consumer journey for your clients as well as each channel they execute against, its functionality, and strategies for successful campaigns; Share your knowledge with internal team members to improve agency’s overall service delivery
  • Quarterly travel required
  • Based in Boulder, CO 

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+  years in agency side project management role
  • Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience working with client teams and third-party partners on digital initiatives
  • Experience in defining and managing the scope for performance media, creative, paid search and analytics projects, landing page design and development projects, digital/traditional design, and SEO
  • Maintains a high level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
